PWA Director Mike Elder announced a change in the hours of operation for the Water Department. Beginning Monday, May 8th, the window for bill payments will be closed for lunch between 12:30 and 1:30pm to give the Water Billing Clerks a lunch break.
Customers are encouraged to drop off payments in the Drop Box located on the City Hall front porch during the 12:30pm to 1:30pm lunch hour. Should you need to schedule new service or resolve an issue, please contact the Water Billing Department either before or after the scheduled lunch break. You may call during the regular hours at 918-465-2262.
We regret any inconvenience this may place on our customers. Regular Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
