Mayor Loran Mayes announced that in addition to the Ribbon Cutting, the free lunch, the planned games, and the other "give aways", 4 bicycles have been donated to add to the excitement. Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance Company has donated 2 bikes with training wheels and 2 bikes without training wheels to be given FREE to kids attending the big GRAND OPENING! The winners will be determined by a lottery method.
The Splash Pad has been available this past week to those who have braved the colder weather and the rain to play in the water; however, the Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting for the official GRAND OPENING is scheduled for 12:00 noon on Friday, May 26th. The whole Community is invited to attend this momentous event and to eat the provided free lunch.
