The Hon. Richard Lerblance
The Wilburton Municipal Court is the Judicial Branch of City Government. The function of the Court Clerk is to adjudicate all traffic, parking, and non-traffic violations of City ordinances.
The court is presided over by the Honorable Richard Lerblance and administered by the Municipal Court Division. The Municipal Court Division maintains all court records, ensures the orderly conduct of court sessions, and accounts for all fiscal matters involving City Court. Judge Lerblance is a resident of Hartshorne where he lives with his wife. A graduate of Hartshorne High School, EOSC, OU, CSU and OCU School of Law, Judge Lerblance has experience as a member of the Chickasaw Nation Supreme Court, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Supreme Court, the Choctaw Nation Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Oklahoma, and the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma. Judge Lerblance also served as a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives 2002 to 2003, and a member of the Oklahoma Senate from 2003 until 2012
