Residents are asked to restrict / minimize water usage until Sunday afternoon to allow the City Water Tower time to replenish water lost during the Thursday main water break.  Citizens may experience low water pressure until the Water Tower returns to its normal capacity.

      PWA Dir Mike Elder announced water will be turned off to residents and businesses at 9:00pm, Friday, September 9, until approximately 3:00am, Saturday, to allow replacement of the part which caused the huge water main break on Thursday afternoon.  The current temporary repair will not last. 

ATTENTION RESIDENTS:  Republic Services announced that Friday's, August 26, Trash Pick Up Route will be driven by a SUBSTITUTE DRIVER.  Residents are requested to PUT POLYCARTS ON THE CURB on Thursday Evening AND to please have patience.
